Okay, folks. I have a ton of questions I need to ask.
I want to give you a
fair warning because I’m going to play the tough coach here.

difficult but necessary questions required if you want to take your game to the
next level.

Don’t just stand there, do something! That was the first title that came to mind when thinking about how I might introduce the topic of training equipment, working out, and the venues available to facilitate such.
What I am referring to here is taking action, any action – whatever it may be, whether it is to get started or to keep going.
Whether we are just
getting started or reaching a plateau in our fitness journeys, a question we
often ask ourselves is; what can I do to take my game to the next

I remember asking myself that very question when I began my comeback several years ago. The question of taking things up a notch is an ever-present one in my mind.
When we think of bulking, we often think of diets that consist of unlimited quantities of food. Nothing could be further from the truth, in my view.
Bulking takes the same amount of dietary discipline as any Cut.
By now, we should all know that tracking dietary macros and calories is essential.
Doing so is fundamental to the success of bodybuilders, fitness competitors, and everyday gym-goers striving to transform their bodies.
Tracking workouts is just as important.
As such, I want to provide a summary of some things we should pay attention to when tracking our workouts.

In recent years, especially post-pandemic, online coaching is gaining traction with a broad array of everyday gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts.
