I thought it would be useful to provide a small sampling of video footage of me training in my home gym during the spring of 2020 lockdown.

Thereafter, I’ll include 3 more videos I trust will be of great help, especially for beginners.

Controlled Form / Moderate Intensity


Controlled form with moderate intensity is my go-to default mode for daily workouts.



Looser Form / Higher Intensity


After getting into really good shape, on occasion, if and when such motivation may strike, one can experiment with loosening the strictness of form slightly while pumping up the intensity.  Being safe and knowing your limitations is always the first priority - regardless of how inspired we are.
