basis. We will co-create, design, maintain, and modify your
transformation protocols according to your individual needs and ongoing
progress.
Like you, I’m not here to waste time or money. I’m here to work hard and get the job done. As such, I will expect and demand a lot from those who make
the grade and become one of my clients.
Likewise, clients placing their trust in me who invest and
believe in themselves will expect and demand a lot from their coach in return.
Compatibility
The first thing we need to do is to establish good relations
and common connections. Before we invest
and commit to working together, we must first determine if we are a good fit
for one another.
Trust
Once we’ve established a connection, building and nurturing
trust is next on the list. Without
trust, the transformation process and all our combined efforts will be doomed
from the start.
Honesty
The most essential component of building trust is honesty. It is critical that we be 100% truthful with
one another. Honest communications are a strict requirement - no exceptions, no
excuses.
Will we make some mistakes along the way? Yes, I’m certain we will. No one is perfect and slip-ups will
occur. How we resolve and deal with them
is what matters.
With trust and honesty as a foundation of our relationship, all the humility required to be upstanding and forthright in overcoming such challenges
will be easy to handle and make us that much stronger.
Accountability
Precision and accuracy in the conveyance of all information
relative to coaching directives and corresponding client feedback are mandatory
and critical to our collective success. We have a responsibility to one another to fulfill our
respective obligations in pursuit of our common goals.
A big part of that responsibility is to accurately report,
document, and share outcomes of all efforts undertaken.
The accuracy in collecting and relaying this information is
critical to monitoring the efficacy of our efforts. It also provides the means by which we make adjustments or
modifications to the protocols in force.
As your coach, I hereby pledge full adherence to all
described manner of trust, honesty, and accountability. As such, I will expect the same from you.
If we agree to adhere to the four basic tenets described
above, great results will follow.
Measures of Success
The first and foremost measure of success is how great
you’re going to feel with regard to your general health and well-being!
The second best gauges of success are photographs and the
mirror. In time, your appearance will
change dramatically for the better.
You’re going to love the new you so much that going back to
the old you will simply be out of the question.
Once you become that guy or girl you know is the real you, there is just no turning back!
The other basic measures of success include things like how
much your weight changed, your reduced percentage of body fat, the amount of
muscle tone you’ve gained, along with marked improvements in general strength
and endurance.
All of those stats are important to keep track of to measure
success, but nothing quite compares to the permanent rush of looking good and
feeling great!
How it works...
Once you qualify and we agree to begin working together, we must then
develop a strategic action plan.
Before we can dive right into running programs, we will need
to get all our ducks in a row via the initial setup process.
The setup process includes but is not limited to the
gathering of important baseline data.
We also need to make sure we have the necessary tools and
equipment in place to get the ball rolling.
The initial setup could take several days to put into place. Thereafter, it will take a bit of time for you
to learn how to use the Apps and Programs correctly.
If you don’t like using Apps or Software programs, I can
provide written plans and routines for you to track at no extra cost.
Once the initial setup is complete, we’re good to go!
