In short, my mission is to achieve a 100% success rate in effectively imparting transformative and sustainable lifestyle habits to every single person I coach.

Moreover, my goal is to improve dramatically the appearance, health, and well-being of everyone who signs up for my coaching service.


Purpose


We all need purpose and meaning in our lives.  One of the most rewarding aspects of embracing a purposeful life is to be of meaningful service to others.

To serve others optimally, it makes sense that we ourselves must first be in a fitting position to do so.  How can one help others if they cannot even help themselves?

  

Dedication & Commitment


With every strand of my being, I am dedicated and committed to sharing my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to empower people. 

In doing so, each individual I have an effect on then has the opportunity to empower and influence others in a variety of meaningful ways.

Before we dedicate ourselves to the needs of others, we must first commit to caring for ourselves.

In a sense, we are on a “win-win” mission together.  My success in transforming clients into better versions of themselves together with the newfound sense of self and well-being they gain creates a winning situation for both of us!     


Finding the Right Clients


Another important part of my mission is to seek out the right clients.  

What type of clients will benefit most from my services?


The type of client best suited for online coaching is someone who is independent-minded, strong-willed, and committed to effecting lasting change in his or her life.

If you are the type of person that needs someone there physically beside you and in your face, pushing you every step of the way, then online coaching is not the right venue for you.

Likewise, if you are the type of person that can only become motivated by the energy within a room and group of others with similar goals, online coaching is not for you either.

In contrast, if you are good at following instructions and comfortable doing the requisite work independently, my online coaching plan will work extremely well for you.



Teaching Clients to Fish


If I do my job well, within 6 -12 months there is a very good chance that you will no longer need my services as a coach.  Yes, you read that right!

 That’s because another part of my mission is to foster independence and self-reliance amongst my clients.

Sure, if you fall off the wagon, or encounter a new challenge or reach some sort of plateau after achieving your initial 6 – 12-month goals, then yes, sign up again for as long as you need and we’ll get you right back on track.

Beyond that, you will have learned so much about yourself during your initial transformation that you should easily be able to manage your maintenance and future goals independently thereafter.


Philosophy


I base my philosophy of coaching, teaching, and mentoring on the following:

  • Keep it simple.
  • Lead by example.
  • Stick with core fundamentals.
  • Keep doing what works.
  • If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.
  • Don’t get stuck in the minutia.
  • Have patience and empathy when working through struggles and challenges.
  • Continually learn and understand what truly motivates individuals at every stage of their journey.
  • Embrace a positive mindset that fosters self-growth and awareness beyond reaching particular goals.
  • Be flexible, this allows for the discovery of strengths used to create solutions unique to each individual.
  • Recognize each person as an individual, not a categorized client, and learn all that you can from him or her.


Overriding Motivation


Motivation and desire are the animal spirits most essential to success.  As such, it is important to define, embrace, and cement these desires into our minds.




The more motivations and desires we have, the better!  Though everyone is motivated uniquely, some common motivations and desires include but are by no means limited to the following:

Getting to know your Body


Our bodies are dynamic, resilient, ever-changing, and always trying to maintain a natural balance or homeostasis.

Every one of us is unique in our genetic makeup and as such, it is critical that each of us learns how our bodies respond to various inputs and demands.

It’s not as easy as it sounds.  It takes a fair amount of time along with several rounds of trial and error to figure out exactly how one’s body responds to various protocols.




Part of my job will be to establish baseline measures, initiate protocols, and then monitor progress.  This is how we begin learning how your body responds.

This ongoing and dynamic process will shift at various stages of your transformation.  Hence, the need to monitor and adapt to such changes as the process moves forward.
 

Discipline becomes second nature


After a few months of coaching, what took a fair bit of discipline to grind through to that point should become second nature in due course.

After much trial and error, I have developed a transformation protocol that is easily sustainable with minor modifications.




Adopting this aspect of my philosophical approach also reduces the chances of unwanted rebounds and negative outcomes associated with yo-yo dieting.
